l\u2018employeur<\/li><li>Probl\u00e8me en cas de maladie, d\u2019accident, de d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite ou d\u2019invalidit\u00e9<\/li><li>Perturbation ou mise en danger du trafic ferroviaire resp. des transports publics<\/li><li>Conflit \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une implication ayant caus\u00e9 un dommage<\/li><li>Divergence dans des questions de droit civil ou de responsabilit\u00e9 civile<\/li><li>Probl\u00e8me avec des tiers pendant l\u2019exercice de la profession<\/li><li>Divergence avec les assurances sociales (Suva, AI, caisse maladie, assurance-ch\u00f4mage, etc.)<\/li><li>Cons\u00e9quences juridiques \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un accident de la route pendant le travail ou sur le chemin du travail.<\/li><li>Coop Protection juridique recourt \u00e9galement \u00e0 une approche globale en droit des assurances sociales.<\/li><\/ul><p>Nous fournissons ces prestations par l&#8217;interm\u00e9diaire de notre partenaire comp\u00e9tent en la mati\u00e8re Coop Protection Juridique. Plus de 70 experts juridiques titulaires d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me en droit, dont environ un tiers avec un brevet d&#8217;avocat, sont \u00e0 la disposition des membres de l&#8217;Association des cadres des transports publics.
